Copyright Policy

1. Respect for copyright
Springborn Coffee respects intellectual property rights and requires members to publish only material they own or are authorized to use. Accounts that repeatedly or seriously infringe rights may be restricted or terminated.
2. Copyright complaint
A rights holder or authorized representative may send a copyright complaint to legal@springborncoffee.com. The notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify and locate the allegedly infringing material, provide the complaining party's name and contact information, state a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law, state that the information is accurate and that the sender is authorized to act, and include a physical or electronic signature.
3. Response
We may remove or restrict access to material while reviewing a sufficiently complete notice, preserve relevant records, notify the affected member, and take action against repeat infringers. Incomplete, fraudulent, or abusive notices may be rejected. Knowingly submitting a material misrepresentation may have legal consequences.
4. Counter-notification
An affected member who believes material was removed because of mistake or misidentification may send a counter-notification to legal@springborncoffee.com. It should identify the removed material and its prior location, explain the good-faith basis for restoration, provide the member's name and contact information, include the statements and consent to jurisdiction required by applicable law, and include a physical or electronic signature. We may forward the counter-notification to the complainant and restore material when legally appropriate.
5. Registration status
This Policy provides a contact process for copyright complaints. It does not state that a designated agent registration or statutory safe-harbor requirement has been completed. Any formal designation will be published when completed.
