1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing or using Springborn Coffee websites or community services, you agree to these Terms and the documents linked from them. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or participate in the Community. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use member features.
2. Purpose of the service
Springborn Coffee provides information and community features related to coffee, origin, farms, producers, processing, product development, entrepreneurship, and the work of building the Springborn project. The Community is not a broker, funding portal, investment adviser, exchange, or payment processor for investments. Community content is not an offer to sell securities or a solicitation to buy securities. Any future regulated offering will occur only through the authorized intermediary and official offering materials identified at that time.
3. Accounts
You must provide reasonably accurate information, protect your password, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer, share, automate, or impersonate another account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report compromise.
4. User content
You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. You represent that you own the content or have permission to publish it and that it does not violate law, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or third-party rights. By submitting content, you grant Springborn Coffee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, technically distribute, moderate, and promote that content only as reasonably necessary to operate and communicate the Springborn services. This license does not transfer ownership and does not authorize the independent sale of your content. It ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal preservation, security records, content already shared with others, and materials that must be retained to resolve disputes or enforce these Terms.
5. Acceptable participation
You must follow the Community Guidelines. You may not post illegal content, threats, harassment, hate or targeted abuse, malware, phishing, private information without authorization, spam, scams, impersonation, unauthorized financial solicitations, false investment campaigns, or infringing material. You may not manipulate referrals, votes, reports, reactions, missions, points, rankings, or rewards.
6. Moderation and enforcement
Springborn Coffee may review, limit, quarantine, hide, preserve, or remove content and may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or enforcement of these Terms. Reports do not automatically prove wrongdoing. Certain qualified reports may temporarily place content under review. Springborn Coffee is not required to pre-screen every submission.
7. Points, ranks, missions, referrals, and rewards
Points, ranks, badges, missions, and eligibility indicators are community recognition features only. They are not money, property, securities, equity, credit, stored value, or a promise of financial return. They are not transferable and may be corrected, withheld, reversed, limited, or removed for error, abuse, fraud, content removal, or policy enforcement. Referral recognition is granted only after the invited person satisfies the published qualification conditions. Self-referrals, duplicate attribution, artificial accounts, coordinated abuse, and misleading promotion are prohibited. Rewards may be subject to eligibility, inventory, location, verification, separate terms, and administrative approval. No reward is guaranteed until expressly approved.
8. Official information and investment discussions
Only accounts identified by Springborn Coffee as official may speak for the project. Member statements are their own opinions. Members may not claim to represent Springborn Coffee, promise returns, solicit or collect investment money, offer securities, or create an unofficial investment campaign. Current offering information, if any, must be obtained from the authorized intermediary and official offering page.
9. Intellectual property
The Springborn name, branding, site design, original articles, software, and other materials supplied by Springborn Coffee are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for normal personal use of the service, no license is granted to copy, sell, scrape, republish, or exploit those materials without permission.
10. Privacy and communications
The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Required account, security, legal, and service communications are transactional. Optional marketing requires separate consent and may be withdrawn without closing the Community account.
11. Availability and changes
Features may change, pause, or end. Springborn Coffee does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes to these Terms will be published with a new version and may require renewed acceptance.
12. Disclaimers and responsibility
The services and community content are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Member content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or objectionable and does not necessarily reflect Springborn Coffee's views. Nothing in the service is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Springborn Coffee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
